This Privacy Notice explains how YeahYa LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use AllSource Trivia (the "Service"). YeahYa LLC is the data controller for the personal data described here.

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

  • Account data — name, email address, password (hashed), and profile details.
  • Venue data — your bar or venue name, logo, and related branding.
  • Player data — team names entered when joining games (no account is required to play).
  • Game data — questions you create, game results, and answers submitted during play.
  • Support communications — messages you send us and our responses.
  • Usage and device data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and interactions with the Service.

Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us.

2. How we use personal data

  • Create and operate your account and provide the Service (contract performance).
  • Enable game hosting, player participation, and leaderboards.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues (legitimate interests).
  • Improve the Service, including analyzing usage patterns (legitimate interests).
  • Send transactional and service-related emails, and marketing emails where permitted (consent, where required).
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share personal data

We share personal data only with:

  • Service providers and subprocessors — hosting, database, and analytics providers acting on our behalf.
  • Merchant of Record — Paddle — for the sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
  • Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and similar advisers when needed.
  • Authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us.
