AllSource Trivia is a month-to-month subscription service operated by YeahYa LLC. We want you to be happy with the Service, and this policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
14-day free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time from your Billing page to avoid any charges.
Cancel anytime
Subscriptions are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time from your Billing page. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew and you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of the current billing period.
14-day refund window
If you're not satisfied with your first paid month, you can request a full refund within 14 days of that first charge. After the 14-day window, monthly renewal charges are non-refundable — you can cancel to stop any future renewals, and access will continue through the end of the paid period.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@allsourcetrivia.com and we'll help you through it.
