AllSource Trivia provides a hosted platform for running automated trivia games in bars and venues, including question catalogs, live game hosting on TV displays, and player participation from mobile devices.

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. You must have the authority to bind your business (if signing up on its behalf) or be of legal age.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• engaging in fraud, spam, or abusive behavior toward other users;
• infringing on intellectual property rights of others;
• attempting to probe, scan, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, scraping, or reverse engineering.

The Service, including its software, question content, design, and branding, is owned by YeahYa LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You may not resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

If you create custom questions, upload your logo, or provide other content, you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions to AllSource Trivia are billed monthly at $99 per location. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to features from time to time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain data as described in our Privacy Notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold YeahYa LLC harmless from claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
